Boardman Regulates Loud Noise

Night-time drivers with booming stereos in Boardman will soon have to turn down the volume on their systems after township trustees adopted a resolution banning loud noise. The home-rule resolution, adopted Tuesday, prohibits noise that "annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, health, peace or safety of reasonable persons of ordinary sensibilities."
Cleveland Artists Murdered in Neighbor Dispute
A sixty year old university professor complained about her neighbor's loud music at her apartment building. The neighbor playing the loud music retaliated by shooting her and another resident.
